Why UV Transfers

UV DTF Hard surface transfers is a new printing process.  We produce long lasting transfers that can be applied to a wide range of hard surfaces.  Previously UV printing was direct to hard surfaces and certain objects were difficult to print of even impossible.  With NEW UV transfers you can apply transfers to most objects with any shape of size.

Important Information

Not Dishwasher Safe: Hand wash or cold wash decorated items for best results.

Surface Preparation: Clean the application area with an IPA wipe and lint-free cloth before applying.

Minimum Temperature: Apply to surfaces at room temperature (at least 18°C).

Testing Recommended: Conduct dishwasher tests on specific products to determine suitability.

Artwork Guidelines

UV DTF Product Description

UV DTF stickers are produced with a curable solvent ink printed onto a film.  UV transfers can be applied to hard surfaces with simple application.  They can be applied to hard surfaces like plastic, glass, wood, metal and much more.  The possibilities are endless.

The print process produces very high-quality detail graphics with vibrant colours.  The transfers can be applied to irregular surfaces.

Our UV inks we use are very durable and have much higher colour vibrancy to older UV inks used in the past.

Our transfers can last 3-5 years if treated correctly.  Please note the adhesion process will take 24 hours to strengthen the bond with the hard surface.
