At DTF transfer we will notify you if your artwork is low quality and if your artwork will directly effect the final result. We offer an artwork re-draw service at a nominal cost of £15.00 incl. vat
Please note the new artwork that we re-draw will be sent to you direct, so you can use for future projects or charge your customer for the design work.
If you do not take our advise we will not be held liable to any issues based on the quality of the transfers.
Unless there are any mistakes in the artwork that are our fault…that is different to your proof approval received and confirmed.
DELIVERY AND PRICING

The delivery charge is separate and If your order exceeds £200.00 (incl. VAT), then you are entitled to select free standard delivery.
You can contact us between 8:30 am and 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am till 2:00pm on a Friday.
Our aim is to reply to your emails and messages within max 12 working hours.
Please do not return any transfers with contacting us. We will be happy to supply new transfers if we think the quality is not acceptable or your design is incorrect to the proof approval.
We shall only accept returns if the transfer/s are inadequate due to a fault on our behalf.
Cancellations can only be made up to 6 working hours after you have placed your order/s. Please note if you have selected express delivery we potentially will start your order the same day.
If it is after the 6 working hours we will be unable to cancel your order. You will still be charged and will still receive the garments to your dispatch address.
If you haven’t already ordered and paid online. We will require full payment before we go ahead. Please pay by bacs, online payment or call with card payment.
Please note at DTF Transfer we pride ourselves on aftersales and we will always try our upmost to resolve the situation in a amicable way that suits both parties.
