ARTWORK
At DTF transfer we will notify you if your artwork is low quality to print. This does not apply to Gang sheets orders as this is a print only service and its your responsibility to check your artwork before uploading.
We offer an artwork re-draw service at a nominal cost of £10.00 – £30.00 incl. vat . The cost will be dependent on the time required to re-draw the design.
New re-drawn artwork will be sent to you direct, so it can be used for future projects or forwarded to your customer.
If you do not take our artwork advise we will not be held liable to any issues based on the quality of the transfers.
Unless there are any mistakes in the artwork that are our fault…that is different to your supplied artwork.
Artwork uploaded on the Gang sheet designer is your responsibility to make sure it is correct and ready to print. We offer this exceptional low price as this is a print only service.
DELIVERY AND PRICING
All prices stated on our website incl. vat
We charge a flat rate delivery for all orders of £9.00 incl. vat. You can upgrade to a before 12pm delivery at £12.00
CONTACTING US
You can contact us between 8:30 am and 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am till 2:00pm on a Friday.
Our aim is to reply to your emails and messages within max 12 working hours.
RETURNS
Please do not return any transfers with contacting us. We will be happy to supply new transfers if we think the quality is not acceptable or your design is not as supplied. We will only refund transfers that are under 30 days from date of receipt.
We shall only accept returns if the transfer/s are inadequate due to a fault on our behalf. This applies to refunds and re-prints.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations can only be made up to 6 working hours after you have placed your order/s. Please note if you have selected express delivery we potentially will start your order the same day.
If it is after the 6 working hours we will be unable to cancel your order. You will still be charged and will still receive your transfers to your despatch address.
PAYMENT
If you haven’t already ordered and paid online. We will require full payment before we go ahead. Payment can be by bacs, online or card payment over the phone.
